Whirlwind South Africa Tour |
Prices indicated are per person and are approximate, based on a party of 6 travelling in an air-conditioned microbus. Included in the tour: All normal entrance fees, accommodation, breakfasts, transport, internal flights, and the services of a fully qualified guide.
Excluded are entrance fees to Table Mountain, items of a personal nature, drinks, and meals other than those mentioned. |

Depart from Johannesburg, and head out towards Hazyview, where we spend the night.

Day 2
|
Enter Kruger Park as early as you can, looking out for the wild animals as we head for our overnight stop at Letaba rest camp.

Day 3
|
Leave for an early morning game drive, returning to your hut during the hottest part of the day, and then another drive in the afternoon.

|
Depart very early,in order to catch the flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town. |

Go up Table Mountain, weather-permitting, and spend the rest of the day exploring the Waterfront, or go shopping in the markets |

Day 6 |
Tour Cape Point (Cape of Good Hope), visit the penguins at Boulders Beach, and the seals in Hout Bay.

Day 7 |
Take a tour through the winelands, visiting Franschhoek and Stellenbosch, tasting the wines of the region. Have lunch on a wine farm and visit the Stellenbosch Museum to see how the early settlers lived.

Spend the morning in Kirstenbosch Gardens, shopping in the afternoon.

Day 9 |
Head out towards Oudtshoorn for the first leg of the Garden Route. Visit an ostrich farm. |

Explore the cango caves, before continuing on to Knysna. |

Spend the morning at the Featherbed Nature Reserve, have a boat ride on the lagoon, before spending the afternoon exploring the local shops. |

Today we head for George, where you catch a flight back to Johannesburg and transfer to Sun City, an oasis in the North Western Province. |

Day 13 |
A very early start takes us out on a morning game drive to the Pilanesberg Nature Reserve. (Optionally changed for an evening drive instead) The rest of the day is at leisure.
